New AdSense Format Decrease Accidental Clicks
Google Have changed their Adsense format earlier this year causing only to the title and URL link to be clickable instead of the entire ad.

As an owners of a websites we have split emotions about this subject. With the previous version of AdSense ads all the ad block had been one huge clickable money machine.
So, sometime our visitors click on the ad by accident, a very good accident that increase our balance at Google account.
As far at this approach goes, the change Google has made to their AdSense block could be a bad thing for us, no more “free” clicks.
But we can also look at this change in a different angle.
If our visitors will not accidentally click an AdSense block they will stay more time in our site a enjoy the useful information, and maybe it will cause them to come and visit us again.
and the ugly true this change will cause less money in our account but more happy visitors.
Is it ? Not exactly.
More happy visitors attract more traffic and more traffic attract more money so for the short term we could see a drop in our income from Google Adsense. But if our site produce good and useful information this drop is just temporary.
You can check the Google official AdSense blog for their opinion on the accidental clicks
I will be happy to ear your thoughts about is.
