Keyword Density measured in percentage and reflect the number of times a word is repeated in one page.

For example if  have a page that contains 100 words, and the word "cat" appears 60 times that the density of the word cat is 60%.

Regular density for a keyword should be no more than 10%, above that is can be considered as spamming.

Keyword  density was a very impotent topic when discussing on search engine optimization a year ago but now days, the search engines take less in consideration the keyword density of a page when they decide if  a page is relevant or not to a specific topic.

Since here we talking about Google AdSense related to keyword density, than you should know that for the AdSense program, main keywords of a page is defined by the density of each keyword, among few other parameters.
